Congratulations to Mr. Zhicheng Xu, one of the undergraduate students from i-WiN-C2 Center, on the Second Prize of 2014 NI Final Year Project Competition (RMB3000+Certificate).
His Final Year Project titled "Femtocell Communication Mechanism Design and Implementation Based on Cognitive Radio Techniques" aims at presenting a new platform for femtocell communication based on soft-defined radio. The prototype is built with NI-USRP and PXI equipments to achieve spectrum sensing and switching for resource optimization of OFDM scheme in Femtocell.
NI Final Year Project is one of national leading student competitions. Each year, there are 1 winner of First Prize, 3 winners of Second Prize and 8 winners of Third Prize.
Mr. Peng Zhao, graduated in 2013 from i-WiN-C2 Center, was the only winner of First Prize in 2013 NI Final Year Project Competition (RMB5000+Certificate).
Prof. Cailian Chen won the Excellent Advisor Award of 2013 and 2014 NI Final Year Project Competition.
