Prof. Tian He, form University of Minnesota, USA, has started his work in i-WiN-C2 Center since 21 May, 2014 and will stay for three months. Prof. He was awarded Shanghai 1000 Plan Professorship (short-term) in 2013. Shanghai 1000 Plan is known as the program for recruiting high-level scholars and talents from overseas to work in Shanghai, China. Prof. He received his financial support for 3-year collaboration with the center.
